The machine features a compact, improved gantry structure with three-axis motion, which allows the workpiece to be independently dynamic and ideal for fast feeds up to 65m/min. The two-axis linkage workbench is installed on the machine base to realize five-axis linkage machining technology, and at the same time improves the rigidity and precision stability of the machine tool. The automatic cycle tool changer is mounted on the base of the machine and outside the work area, the tool is not contaminated and the tool change time is reduced. The drive and guide rails are placed above the work area, making full use of the center drive and composite design principles, resulting in a small machine space requirement and excellent dynamic performance.
2.the machine features
①The double-axis turntable, the disc-type tool magazine and the machine tool base are integrated. The triangular beam is placed on the left and right sides of the bed to move back and forth. The slide moves along the beam to the left and right, and the headstock moves up and down along the slide. The integrated composite design saves space. , so that the machine has obtained the largest working area relative to the floor space.
② The basic parts such as machine bed, beam, skateboard and headstock are all made of high-strength cast iron and the structure is stable. The casting structure is analyzed by machine tool dynamics and finite element analysis. The high-rigidity box structure of any part of the main body is equipped with appropriate triangular ribs to ensure the high rigidity of the basic parts.
③ The three coordinates of machine tool X, Y and Z are connected with screw and servo motor with no backlash elastic coupling, and the torque motor is used for B and C axes. The high-speed built-in electric spindle is used for the spindle, and the high-precision grating ruler is arranged to make the machine tool. It has high dynamic performance and high positioning accuracy.
④The machine tool is equipped with HEIDENHAIN control system, servo motor and grating ruler. It has the characteristics of stable operation, simple operation, rich functions, strong expandability, good amenity and high cost performance. HEIDENHAIN servo motors are powered by the EcoDyn series.
