This series of machine tools is not only suitable for grinding workpieces made of materials such as steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals, but also for processing non-metallic materials such as porcelain and stone.
① The basic parts such as machine bed, pallet, column, grinding head and worktable are all made of high-strength cast iron, which is stable in structure and ensures quality forever.
② The spindle bearing adopts the structure of the package tile, which has strong impact resistance and can be used for heavy-duty grinding. Some models have dynamic and static pressure structure, which has the characteristics of high rotation precision, strong rigidity and fast rotation speed.
③The column is mounted on the bed, and the carriage is mounted on the guide rail of the column. The vertical position of the guide rail is equipped with a vertical feed screw. The screw is made of precision screw. The transmission precision is high, the interchangeability is good, and the maintenance is convenient. The cross-connect is used during the transmission to compensate for the center error of the lead screw and the reducer shaft.
④The left and right movement of the worktable is driven by the variable vane pump, and the closed hydraulic system is adopted. The speed is steplessly regulated by the adjustment handle on the bed.
⑤The machine tool has strong rigidity, small thermal deformation, stable motion, low noise, low oil temperature rise and high grinding precision.
⑥ The wiring in the electrical box is in compliance with safety regulations to ensure that the control system operates without external interference. The electrical box is equipped with a heat exchanger to effectively control the temperature inside the electrical box to ensure long-term stable operation of the control system.
