I. Product introduction and application fields

The maximum rapid traverse speed in the X and Z directions can reach 20m/min. Mainly responsible for the semi-finishing and finishing of various shaft and disc parts. It can automatically cut the inner and outer cylindrical surface, conical surface, circular surface, end surface, grooving, chamfering and other processes for various shaft and disc parts, and can turn metric straight thread, end thread and inch straight thread and Cone thread, etc., suitable for the production of multi-variety, medium and small batch products, especially for complex and high-precision parts.

2. the main structural characteristics
①The machine tool adopts the traditional horizontal lathe layout. The overall design, good sealing, in line with safety standards. The main basic parts such as the bed and bed legs are made of resin sand casting, artificial aging treatment, and the stability of the whole machine is superior.
