1.the field of application
The machine tool is widely used in the processing of cabinet parts, housing parts, disc parts and special-shaped parts in the automotive, mold, machinery manufacturing and other industries. The parts can be automatically finished with four faces of milling, boring, drilling and expanding. , multi-step processing of hinges and tapping.

 

2.the machine features
1) High precision——The three coordinate screws of X, Y and Z of the machine tool all adopt advanced hollow cooling technology, which effectively controls the heating deformation problem during the machining movement of the machine tool and improves the machining precision of the machine tool. In addition, The machine tool has a temperature compensation function, and the temperature sensing element is installed at the main position of the machine body to analyze and compensate the position of the coordinate by the numerical control system to realize the high precision of the machine tool.
2) High speed——The spindle of the machine tool adopts electric spindle structure, the maximum speed is up to 12000rpm and has two internal gear shifts, which can meet the requirements of high speed machining while meeting the requirements of low speed cutting; the three coordinate guides of X, Y and Z are adopted high. Rigid linear rolling guide with a fast moving speed of up to 54m/min; the machine uses a linkage tool changer (tool change time: 2 seconds). The above parameters are at the domestic leading level and international advanced level.
3)high rigidity - the main part of the machine tool is made of resin sand high-phosphorus casting, the bed is the whole casting, the column, the sliding table and the table move on it. The exchange workbench and the magazine robot are fixed on the bed to ensure the overall rigidity of the machine. In addition, the machine tool makes the structure more reasonable through finite element analysis during the design process.
